How the heck do you appeal a suspension these days?

About a month ago my account was given a 1 year suspension due to copyright infringments. So I went ahead and filed the legal documentaion they want you to do to swear your goods are genuine. The auctions that were taken down were restored but of course they've now ended. My account remains suspended however and I keep trying to click links to appeal my suspencion but everytime I click a 'contact us' link it sends me to the same page where they want you to enter a question into the box to search for an answer. I just keep going in circles!

Is this happening to me because I fit in a certain category of troublesome users or is it the same for everyone? How can I get my suspension lifted at this point?

If you want a person, go way down to the bottom of the screen and click 'Contact Us' and it will give you a 6 digit web key and a toll free number that traces your call. Or you can dial the non-tollfree number and use *67.

So, no it isn't just you. It's like that for all of us.

If your suspension is from ebay, you have to deal with Trust and Safety at ebay. If it's a Paypal 180 day dear John letter, you have to go above the regular support people. As soon as you get a person, ask for the supervisor. Be prepared with anything you might need, before you do that, though.
