Default Worth a try to appeal suspension?

I had several accounts suspended for "feedback manipulation" for 30 days. 3 unlinked accounts got pulled on the same day but at different time. From my experience, I know that they are still unlinked.

Has anyone successfully tried to email eBay and argue that the suspension was unfair? I know I should be able to reinstate in 30 days without problems, but I would like to get these accounts up now if possible.

You'll probably have to wait it out.

What did you buy for feedback manipulation?

I was selling eBooks on CD's in auction format starting from $0.01. The winning bids were $0.20-.60.

I had sold thousands of penny auctions on dozens accounts in store format before the policy changed and the minimum price for store items rose to 99 cents and I NEVER received any feedback violation strikes, let alone getting an account suspended.

xxxxjunk, ebay are hitting hard on this. You will argue with them until you are
blue in the ......(wherever you like).
Have you not worked it out that ebay do not give a toss about you? What you sell is seen by them as a means to creating a better you: OK the items may be
legit but ebay will not accept that.

(btw, I preferred your other avatar.lol.)
