Amazon - status of account
Hello People
I have received a new email from amazon
Dear xxx
We attempted to reach you by phone to discuss the status of your account.
More than 1% of your recent orders have resulted in negative feedback, A-to-z claims. Your account will be deactivated in 72 hours if you do not address these defects.
The problem i haven't receive any phone call from them, i don't understand if they were able to call me or not.. but i want to know
(1) If my account is suspended how i will be able to recover the money i have on it ?
because since December, i am unable to transfer my money, it remain $ 0 despite i have lot of money on it
My question: Will i be able to transfer the money to my bank account if my account got suspended ? even if i have to wait 90 days?
