But the problem i live in Mauritius, and in preference i can see Canada and mexico as phone number field...
can someone guide me please, what to do when i receive this message?

Yeah very important to answer the call, seems like policy or ip violation you needs to provide invoices etc only if you anseer3the call or they will suspend the account
If you can call them using a burner service you can call seller support who will tell you what they want and will have the back office stop any suspension until you reply with the required info.
Do not delay as usually they suspend the account 24 to 48 hours after the message notification that they are going to call you.
As they did not suspend the account they have a concern you can work out.
You have two options. Take the call or open the message in performance notifications, follow the instructions, and get them to call you immediately at your convenience. It’s aimed at those who might be at work, in bed, etc when the call is expected.
There is no way you can circumvent them calling you on the number registered to the account.
Incorrect I have done it before when I missed their call, they stopped any suspension and gave me 3 days to send them a plan of action for their concern.
just go to help in your account and seller support will call you back on whatever number you leave them.

Good news
It's ok now, in fact i have inform them that my country was not listed and they have given me a link to update it, once i have updated it with my phone number where my country list was listed now, they have called me in within 24 hours
They asked me for a plan which i have sent them, it's solved now, thx

I've noticed a lot of times they call you, you email them with the POA, but they still suspend you saying you never sent the POA. Regardless they freeze the funds when you get this email. Heck they freeze funds for anything and everything.

If you do not answer the call, they will make sure you receive a notification in the account. However, you CAN contact them comparatively easy. Just call the buyers` support and tell them that you contacted them by mistake and you need the seller support and they will transfer you.
