How to best handle this? Should i wait for them to call or should I call them?
I guess they are calling because my ODR has shot up to 1.8%, I am only assuming here. Because of this I went from 500 orders a month to currently 70.
Im just worried i'll miss the phone call and of course they will then suspend me..If I call them is it the same thing? would I get the same kind of rep?
