I've been getting some of these emails from Amazon lately:
hello,
We received a buyer complaint about the condition or description of an item they received from you. Your listing is still active. However, we would like you to resolve this concern in order to avoid additional complaints.
ASIN: xxxxxxxxxx
What you can do:
Review your listing. make sure the item you are selling:
1.Exactly matches the product description shown on the detail page.
2. Is listed accurately according to our Condition Guidelines.
My listing matches on almost all my products I sell. This seems like a generated message that gets sent out if a customer complains about something.
anyone had this before?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Amazon monitors their emails, so if a buyer emailed you saying that this listing doesn't match what they received, chances are, that email triggered this notification.
Refer back to the original complaint, and correct what the buyer complained about (if it is a genuine claim).
Close the listing for a while. Recheck the listing and your product. Make sure its exactly the same. If there are no other sellers, request to update the product page.
Once updated, change the listing to active. Don't take any chances with Amazon. They are very strict with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products(not matching description).
I had mine suspended because of this although they are mostly the same. Only few bits are not.
