gift card amazon policy and changeing device !!!

1-I was banned by amazon just after change of device, I was on my pc and I made purchases of gift cards google play and itunes with amazon gift cards bought with cash money,
I have placed hundreds of successful orders by buying gift cards with amazon gift cards, but I don't understand why my account was suspended just after I placed an order from my phone,

2- now I have 5 amazon buyers accounts which dates from 2016 with purchases in it since 2016 whatever you advise me to do to resume my business (purchase gift card with discounted gift card)

Can I start making purshase with gift cards on an account who have only purshase from 2016 ??

An amazon shop without a VCC will be high risk if you are adding GCs to make purchases

You gotta add a VCC and make normal purchases for a while, build cookies/history before adding GCs to lower risk

And you are still buying GC via GC balance ?
