Amazon new account suspended
 

Hello guys
i'am just open my first new amazon account with my personal information
i used a virtual credit card to activate it every thing was but for about an hour
but then amazon suspended my account
and they ask about
1- a utility bill for electric or gas or internet bill in my name and address

i don't have those bills i have them in the name of my father this mean same
address and same last name but not first name of course does this solve the
problem

any advice please help

can you show these bills under your father name and tell them you live there?

I would call them,so there would be some record on file if the rep said FINE

This is totally normal these days as Amazon Suspend account right after registration.

Gotta provide them with what they are requesting

Then cross your fingers for 1-2 days

Why are they suspending with real information. I do not understand that
