Has anyone tried recently to send an appeal to jeff@amazon.com? Did you get an answer?
I was trying to open a seller account on Amazon UK, then my account has been deactivated because of the mismatch of addresses between my documentation and my account (stupid mistake).
I updated my account then sent my last appeal with good documentation on January 21 and no info since then.

They no longer replying if you send email to jeff,
Keep sending them email to seller performance email hopefully you will hear from them
This is untrue.
The Jeff email is still responding, contacting them is always a last resort and you should always try work it through with Seller Performance first.
His team no longer replying what use to be, they use to reply every single email but not anymore, reply rate i would say around 20 to 30%
No issue on UK side anyway in Amaozn accounts getting approved its USA side having issues
jeffs email team still replys based on the issue like josh stated.Its def not a email meant to be used on a first attempt.They will ignore you sometimes.
How long does it take for Jeff team to reply? I emailed Jeff team for more than 4 months, so far, I did not get any reply from Jeff team. I made the same mistake of mismatch address
I have sent in 5 appeals and get the exact same response EVERY time. Even though I have answered EVERY question with an updated answer. Even said I would ONLY be selling Original Designs and showed them photos and order from manufacturer. They are idiots.
It still works as others have said they just no longer really reply, but they will still review the message
It can be a 1-15 days, I've seen it vary randomly
What about seller performance? I'm sure the COVID19 situation is delaying things but we're going on week two of them not responding after I sent the additional documentation they asked for (a letter of authorization)...
