My buyer accound is closed, need TAX form

I was an Amazon Flex driver but my Flex account was suspended, I was also using this account for my orders, but today Amazon also closed the buyer account, and mentioned that "We took these actions because you continued to submit invalid gift cards as payment for Amazon.com orders" while I have never used/purchased/redeemed any gift cards.

I don't care about closing my account, but because I need my MISC-1099 tax form "For doing Flex" and because the account is closed, so I do not have access to my tax form.

Any advice?

Go see a judge for a court order.If you need that information for the sake of filing something legally amazon will have to give you access to the account if a court order is given.Doesnt mean youll get the account back but means youll be able to enter it.

Not so sure if it's still working up to date. But i have tried this before.
You can request to have access to your tax form in a limited time.
