Account suspended right after opening
 

I got suspended right after opening my account. I received 1 mail That they could not charge my card(it is a debit card) and 3 minutes later I receive another mail that my account is suspended and they ask for:

1. Confirm that you have a valid credit card on file (in my account the card shows as being active)
2. Provide the following documents
A) Utility Bill, I already have that
B) Valid Business License if applicable (not sure what they mean by that, but I don’t think I need a business license.

Please help with any advice. Could the problem be that my business card is Debit, not Credit? I don’t think I can apply for a Credit card if I have no income from my business.

very common, you will have to re-add a card that accepts the charge and provide the information requested to reactivate the account

We are seeing extremely low verification pass rates even with all the information requested. If they deny your initial appeal, you can send in additional information that may strengthen your chances

So basically I have to delete the same card and re add it again right ? And send the utility bill.

You can try but if it was already denied once then its likely the card is not accepted

Damn, I will try get my bank to issue a credit card to my company and try with that.

There is a report button that is a red sign on the top right of every post

Sorry to hear if you were scammed -- never trust anyone sending you a private message that isn't a verified seller from aspkin

Got the same issue as the OP, cause i used a vcc for individual seller.
But after my account got suspended i added a vcc amazon charged the amount 39$ i provided utility bill, cc statement bank statement, more than 6 submissions but each time i receive the same reply, that there’s not enough information to reinstate the account
