Uploading Utility Bill - Water & Power
 

Amazon is requesting for us to provide the utility bill, but we are leasing the property and our name is not under the utility.

We decided to change the name on the pdf and print it out in color and send it to them.

Does anybody know if they use the account number of the account to call and verify?

I was thinking of scribbling out the last 4 digits for "privacy concerns".

There's lots of factors, like overall risk of the shop while in review.

Some will say they validate bills against database

Some say they can't do that

If your name/address registered on amazon does not match your legit bills then your creative solution is likely the only option you have

If they don't accept your bill you appeal again and submit additional documents that you do have that match your information, sometimes you'll be reinstated with other bills

If denied, you got the option to go stealth

In UK they actually call the company and goes through automatic system of payment entering account no tell them if its genuine or not and those companies who dont provide phone or online payment they simply reject the bill!!!

If anyone can come up idea to get over this then its much easier to pass

is there a contract on the leased property?
and copy of check made to the lessor?
