If your name/address registered on amazon does not match your legit bills then your creative solution is likely the only option you have
If they don't accept your bill you appeal again and submit additional documents that you do have that match your information, sometimes you'll be reinstated with other bills
In UK they actually call the company and goes through automatic system of payment entering account no tell them if its genuine or not and those companies who dont provide phone or online payment they simply reject the bill!!!
