Hola Everybody!

Unfortunately i got my amazon account suspended today because i got some a z claim from client who have abuse the service i offer

'Your account has been deactivated
Please click "Reactivate Your Account" below to resume selling
'

I have submitted it 3 times and each time i received this message:

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send the following:


-- Greater detail on the root cause(s) of buyers receiving different items.
-- Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve buyers receiving different items.
-- Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent buyers receiving different items going forward.

-- Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy.


My question, despite i have told the maximum i can they keep saying it doesn't have enough information, i am tired

I would be grateful if somebody can help me please or guide me

Can i create a new amazon account using a vcc i will buy with Garry here? and can i use the same Name which was on my account which got desactivated ?

I am using Payoneer to transfer my money to my country, can i use the same payonneer account or i need to create a new payonneer account too ?

Its likely you are not addressing one of the issues on your account

Check again, you're probably missing something

Did they request invoices as well?

Accept your fault and explain what have you done and what you will do so this will not happen again in detail as possible and it will be accepted

The problem i had reply them what they are asking, and each time they are asking me the same thing... i had written a long letter even i am not good in letter

no they didn't request invoices, i don't know what to do, i'm lost :(
