 Amazon Business Prime Buyer Account Suspended
Hi,
I opened an Amazon Prime Business buyer account a couple of months ago for a new LLC but for various reasons. I had to close that LLC. I also closed the Amazon Prime account.
I've recently registered a new LLC. And I tried to open a new Amazon Business Prime account. However it's now been shut down. I don't understand why.
I have re-used the same credit card from the first application. I've also opened the account from the same computer, same IP address. Is that the problem?
The first account I tried to open with the new LLC was taking ages to get verified. They asked for the EIN letter and a letter from my employer. I suppled both. They did say not to try to open any other accounts while they were processing this. While this was happening they locked me out of the account, saying there was suspicious activity on my account and that I should contact customer services. I did, and I was told an account specialist would get back to me. This never happened. So I tried to open another account. This one was actually verifed and opened. But then as soon as I placed my first order they closed it and said the following.
**Your Amazon Business Account has been Closed**
Hello,
We have closed your Amazon.com business account and canceled all open orders. Any new accounts you open will be closed.
We took these actions because our records indicate that this account is related to another account that was closed by Amazon.
Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.
