Suspended for suspect relation with other seller account
 

One of my accounts was suddendly suspended because they related it to other banned account
The problem is that the other account is not mine, i can read the name in Amazon suspension email, but i cannot read other details

I already tried to apply my appeal writing to them in the dedicated compliance section

What is you experience on this? My experience is 99% on eBay and i started last year to sell on Amazon, so this is the first time i met this kind of suspension

It is strange because i didn't knew the account related to mine before the suspension email arrived, it is true it's not mine....

How can i demostrate it?

you have to ask AMZN.
There is an UK Ebay seller who lived in a building which offers internet access to all tenants and one was suspended,so she got suspended,we dont know your situation.

Appeal writing is hit or miss - marketplace has some sellers of this service that work it out with AZ

They have strong linkage between then 2 accounts, it can be same name, date of birth address etc or even same vcc
