Amazon Prime account restricted
 

Has anyone ever got this message and is there any way to fix my account?
I'm think my account is scrapped forever.... :(

If you have any open orders on this account, those orders have been canceled and refunded to the payment method used.

Any digital content that you purchased with this account is still available to you. To access the content, click the “Manage Your Content and Devices” link on the Your Orders menu on Amazon.com.

Why do you think they restricted your account? Too many returns or...?

If you know the problem, you can try to appeal and come up with a good response to let them know you won't continue to do whatever caused the problem

Yeah, my brother was purschasing shipping labels, but they sent a bible instead so he returned them. Other than that, I haven't done a return in about a year.

same thing happened to me but i was using prime for dropshipping.

Good luck with the appeal - you can approach it yourself or seek service from marketplace

I was using it for dropshipping for 3 years as well. I was just being careless. I should have told my brother not to return it and just eat the loss. I'm going to start looking into making another account, but I have $2000 in amazon cash back card. I don't know what I can do with it now that my account is banned from making purchases.

I'm not sure how the card works but maybe make a new account and use that cashback on there

Not sure but possible to resell for a bit of loss if any?
