amazon on hold

hello , my amazon account was on hold and now i want to send them a payoneer statement billing but my billing address is not on it plz if that is a problem tell me and if anyone face the same problem before , thanks

What was the cause of your account on hold?

What are they requesting you to submit exactly?

i think someone else was using my account , actuly my browser got hacked by script kid i think it was a fraud app so i lost my fb acc and yt so amazon that is way they ask me for verification they ask for billing statement but i dont i send them the payoneer and they decline it .
