Dear Seller,

Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on 07/12/2022 in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/1791.

It seems they more in the business not to pay, first 1 had a one month velocity review had to inform the BBB then i got payed now the next "we dont pay anyway" nonsense.

Re: Amazon notice

Calling the police on a buyer is definitely a novel way to get suspended. Would be interested to hear more details.

Re: Amazon notice

So:

Buyer ordered a printer, ID Card Maker, $499.

While in Transit (and to Amazon CS very visible) he asked for a refund and got it (well within the Estimated Delivery Time, not late nothing)

Then i contact buyer via message and request the return, he ignores.

2 weeks later i had enough i informed the Police and they went there arrested him.

Booked him.

Yesterday the Police Officer ask if i wanna drop the charges in exchange of the ID Printer back. I agree.

On Amazons Part, 5 days ago, i got that message. I'm sure the Police also informed them about the case.

This is in Mexico right?

Honestly it's kinda awesome they'd do something like this there.

I'm guessing $500 is a huge deal there.

That's what I was thinking too. Other countries, the police would not even budge.

Great to hear that the police acted on it - up here, they wouldn't move much for an iphone or equivalent being stolen...

You might have an agent on the case who was very sympathetic and understanding...

Then it also means the buyer who can spend $500 in the first place is actually a little richer than the average citizen...

Is this the same printer you sent from Mexico into the US?
