Buyer Refund/ no authorisation
Hey,
so i ship quite a bunch of my products from mexico.
All good except 2 cases:
a) ID Printer going to CALI, while in Transit with verifiable ID buyer ask for a refund and CS granded it, 2 days later, Product got delivered and buyer plays the silent game (SAFE-T without any success since it wasnt shipped with their Shipping Service) - Value 499 USD
b)
Buyer from FL orders 2 Showerhead, same game, 3 days before delivery, refund. No communication after that. - Value 69.99 x 2 USD
Both cases were were WAY within the Estimated Delivery Date had DHL Express IDs uploaded.
SAFE-T always denied.
What can i do ?
Amazon is unwilling to help
