Default Buyer Refund/ no authorisation

Hey,

so i ship quite a bunch of my products from mexico.

All good except 2 cases:

a) ID Printer going to CALI, while in Transit with verifiable ID buyer ask for a refund and CS granded it, 2 days later, Product got delivered and buyer plays the silent game (SAFE-T without any success since it wasnt shipped with their Shipping Service) - Value 499 USD

b)

Buyer from FL orders 2 Showerhead, same game, 3 days before delivery, refund. No communication after that. - Value 69.99 x 2 USD

Both cases were were WAY within the Estimated Delivery Date had DHL Express IDs uploaded.

SAFE-T always denied.

What can i do ?

Amazon is unwilling to help

Just to clarify - what is SAFE-T? And denied what? Coverage?

Safe-T was suggested by CS as a way to get the refund credited back to my account.

Yes was FBM

and the customer called to amazon, a customer service agent refunded from my account without contacting or even asking. And within the delivery date. And with verifable tracking id from DHL

FBM has basically almost no protection...

You can try to keep talking to Amazon about this and find a rep that might be able to help but I don't see a solution.

I'm running 30+ amazon accounts currently and all of them are FBA except for a few things that is a logistic nightmare.
