Who can help me to reinstate temporally suspended fresh amazon.es account? Amazon does not accept legit card statements! There must be a way how to reinstate new account!

You might think the card is legit, Amazon may disagree.

Where is the account registered (you're flying the flag of Sri Lanka) and who is the card supplier?

As an aside, do not waste any money on anyone who says they can get it re-instated, they can't.

What were you doing with the account exactly to get you suspended?

I have only buyer account. Account got suspended right after I have ordered an Iphone 13, because this is high risk item considered by amazon and my account is only a week old. Every time I send card statment to them itīs refused.

Are you using some kind of VPN or proxy to log onto Amazon?

Amazon refused to accept legit icard bank statment! I tried tio upload various statements 20 times! What should I do??

Amazon always refuse legit card billing statements, with the correct details on it such as name, address, and card number all matching amazon registration details.

I found on a number of occasions if you keep resubmitting, and emailing they will eventually accept it.

Other than that if they refuse, they then close the account after repeated attempts (happened to me recently).

Just dump the account, create another.

I believe amazon triggers a flag for new buyer accounts on various reasons, anyone care to provide some input here?

I have a slight inkling they verify your name when they do the pre-auth charge to verify your card when added. (not billing address since this would make no sense as people change address all time). Except this is not true all the time since you CAN buy using card and account name mismatch.
