my real amz account got banned was running over 2 years reson is Your account has failed our verification process

got this mail from amz

we could not verify the information you provided when signing up for a Selling on Amazon payment account. As a result, we cannot activate your Selling on Amazon payment account and unfortunately we cannot authorize you to sell your items on Amazon.

i have asked whats the problem and if they need some documents to proof my identify i just get this all time

Your payment account did not pass our verification. You are therefore no longer allowed to sell on Amazon.co.uk or the Amazon stores in EU countries.

You can still access your Seller Central account for the next 40 days. After this period, you will no longer have access to Seller Central, including your financial reports.

Did you send in the required documents when they asked for it. ?

If so resubmit the docs

They never asked for any documents

looks like they got some mismatch while generating tax report since they validate adress from the tax office but its the same as in amazon

they wont tell me whats the problem and it looks like an final decision i cant even submit any appeal my support tickets get closed instantly without answer

Make a few new accounts in the mean time.

You may wanna try to call them if they really messed up so you can fight for your account.

Something they found in your identity documents account is gone they will no longer reply to you nor reinstate the account

that is likely they decided your business model is not needed anymore , most likely there were complaints over a period of time

AMAZON seems tough to sell on. some people are successful though

Its not hard to sell on if you just can keep up with their constant policy changes.
