my real amz account got banned was running over 2 years reson is Your account has failed our verification process

got this mail from amz

i have asked whats the problem and if they need some documents to proof my identify i just get this all time

They never asked for any documents

looks like they got some mismatch while generating tax report since they validate adress from the tax office but its the same as in amazon

they wont tell me whats the problem and it looks like an final decision i cant even submit any appeal my support tickets get closed instantly without answer

Make a few new accounts in the mean time.

You may wanna try to call them if they really messed up so you can fight for your account.

Something they found in your identity documents account is gone they will no longer reply to you nor reinstate the account

that is likely they decided your business model is not needed anymore , most likely there were complaints over a period of time

Its not hard to sell on if you just can keep up with their constant policy changes.
