I got the dreaded " Your Amazon selling privileges have been removed"
this one:
In accordance with Section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement, your account has been deactivated because you are offering items that may be inauthentic. A list of these items is provided at the end of this email.
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we routinely request additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm authenticity of certain items.
So the 3 ASINs listed on the bottom of the email are the following:
B07D9XB4RS Tom of Finland Tom Of Finland Leather Jock Strap, Ml
B0BDGPT2FP STRICT ST Red Female Chest Harness- M/L
B0BDJ6DNZN STRICT ST Red Female Chest Harness- S/M
I am dropshipping sex toy products from a well known dropshipper.
Things you need to know:
1. I've never sold these items - meaning 0 sales
2. I am around the $9300 mark in sales
3. I've already received 2 payments on this account
4. It is a pro shop, video verified purchase from a member in this forum
5. I received the letter of authorization from Tom of Finalnd, with my stealth name and everything stating I am authorized to sell these items.
I submitted that and Amazon still rejected.. they are asking for invoices.
How can I explain to Amazon that if they look at my sales they can see that I've never even sold these items, I don't buy the items until I get sales on Amazon. I explained that my dropshipper follows all of Amazon's policies (plain package, my return address, no slips of paper inside, etc) and that I don't purchase anything until I get a sale for that item.
I'm waiting on a reply from my dropshipper for a solution.. but even if I get the authorization letter for STRICT and submit both of the authorization letters it will get denied because they will want to see invoices still..
anyone experience this? this is a stealth account so I cannot call Amazon to ask them why it keeps getting rejected.
I appreciate any guidance or solutions.

drop shipping is not allowed on amazon , it can be done but it has to be completely invisible to them

They frown against it, but as long as it follows their policy it's fine.
Still doesn't answer my question on how I can get around not sending invoices.

the only way would be to send invoices , get the items from a well know supplier accepted by amazon and send invoices to them , you can change the dates

You will never persuade Amazon you are an authorised seller on any of those ASINs.
The first one is quite simply a dreadfully presented counterfeit ASIN, the brand is 'XR Brands' merely using an image of a Tom of Finland product - probably to peddle counterfeits.
The other two are not 'STRICT', they are bogus ASINs created only a few weeks ago under the brand 'STRICT ST'. Again, in the eyes of Amazon they are counterfeits.
Stop trying to persuade them you've a legitimate source for these brands, you're only going to dig an even deeper hole. Ideally, you will need to delete all your ASINs and explain your why you listed against these bogus ASIN's and how it will never happen again.

Thank you for this information..
but when I go to re-activate my account the only option is to check the 5 boxes and upload invoices... how do I get around this part?
Do I just open a case file and tell them I accidentally listed under these ASINs on accident?

ST = STRICT - there are multiple legit sellers selling this item, including sold by and shipped by Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BDJ6DNZN
and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BDGPT2FP
The brand is STRICT when you click on the actual ASIN.. I also looked it up by UPC to make sure it was the only one.
the Tom of Finland is also legit.. many legit sellers and sales rank.. no other listings, and once again I have a letter from Tom of Finland stating I am an authorized seller for ALL ASINs on Amazon under the Brand new Tom of Finland. https://www.amazon.com/Tom-Finland-L...dp/B07D9XB4RS/ Amazon is actually the only seller for this particular item.
So I don't think that's the issue... I honestly think they want to see invoices.

My apologies, I googled the ASIN's and it's linked into Amazon via AMZ UK.
I see what I mentioned above, example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/XR-Brands-F...07D9XB4RS?th=1
The delights of ASIN's being shared over several platforms.
Not sure how you can produce invoices if you've made no sales, I guess you'll need to persevere with the authorised dropshipping outlet angle.
Good luck, you're going to need it. Amazon are notoriously stubborn (or stupid) when it comes to re-instating dropshipping account if you don't present the information in exactly the format one of their Asian drones needs it in to act in your favour.

Im most likely going to place 3 separate orders from them 10pc each and change the date and call it a day. |

update...
I placed the orders, got the items,
sent in the invoices to Amazon ( only changed the date and shipping address)
and they still deactivated my account.
They are asking me for information to prove that the items are selling are authentic..
Ive sent them the 2 invoices and a letter of authorization from the brand itself...
any ideas on how to appeal this one?

As previously drop shipping is very frowned upon. Did you watch the videos in Seller University before starting this? If you are drop shipping BESIDES the plain box/invoice etc... the most common thing people miss is this. Amazon requires you to already own your product and the drop shipper has to hold your inventory in a separate area. So if you submit invoices dated after the first date you added to product to your inventory it is game over no matter what.

It's kinda the purpose of dropshipping.

As for your claim that you have to already own the products held in a separate area then that is just comically stupid. Why say something so ridiculous?
Read the link I gave you, it makes it blatantly clear that you do not need to own or store the goods you intend to dropship.
Dropshipping fails because too many folk follow the poor advice on forums like this and youtube, manipulating orders, receipts and supplier agreements.
Get it right and it's plain sailing, I've been using one of my Amazon account to dropship since 2015 - not that they'd know.

any ideas on how to appeal this one? | IMO they know that the documents supplied have been doctored and do not dovetail with the information you have already given them. Lets not forget you've already told them your dropshipping model.
It was always a bad idea to submit dodgy invoices, IMO the account is now dead.

The truly clueless are the ones who don't know how easy it is nowadays to determine when a document has been doctored in photoshop. They don't have to go very far to check in an almost fully automated system.
Anyway, if I was doctoring invoices it wouldn't be in photoshop, can't believe folk still think this is the best program. |
