amazon on hold
when they ask for card payment documents to verify the billing address
I send them a Payoneer card statement but they reject it
its not acceptable to them ? |

I believe it’s buyer account, payoneer statement does not work, you need good high street bank statement |

The conventional way of verifying billing address is to take your credit card number and go to a database and verify your billing address number and zipcode |

amazon know very well which cards belong to payoneer. if they ask you to provide a credit card statement and at the same time reject payoneer statements you can consider that as a demand to use a different card and provide statement for that card
most likely they want you to use a card from a bank , not from an EMI |

is there a place to add numbers only?

| Keep sending them statment and after few attempts they will ask you government issued ID if you can’t provide that then account is gone make new one |

I'm struggling with the same issue.
I have tried with
wise, Payoneer, revolution virtual cards, after uploading the need-it paper they still ask for the same, but everything is written for what they asked for their, card numbers, card,ID, and no resolution about that, any suggestions? |
