Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. 90 days after receiving this notification, you may request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our system or repeatedly violated our policies which protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.

Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

You can view your account performance (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/per...d?ref=ah_em_ap) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health page shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.

I have uploaded include two ID cards, bank statements, a Social Security card, and a water bill. All of the information is real. The bank statement is an electronically downloaded document from the bank's website. Is this an issue?

Amazon always replied: We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.

Yes, the name and address, all of them are real and match the account.

Account Health Rating is 200. I did not sell anything with this account for more than 12 months.

I have no idea why Amazon took this action. I have a registered brand on this account, but haven't sold any products in the past 12 months, just bought something on Amazon with this account.


I have submitted 6 times and I am going to submit the 7th time with the scanned bank statement instead of downloading the statement from the bank website.

Yes, I did when I rceived the first notification. Did not tell me anything about the verification or requirement.

If it was due to the infringement of a listing from a year ago, why didn't Amazon simply close the account and instead allow me to continue submitting new information for review?

Your account was banned for "FRAUD".

It's a death touch, and they won't disburse your $$ either.

it's 1 in 100 you'll get it back and I say 1 because I don't know what you've been doing with the account.

Apart from the infringement listing from a year ago, I haven't done anything wrong. There are no funds in this account, and I have not made any sales using this account. I have solely used this account for regular purchases.

I don't know. I'm just having the same problem as my friend. I don't sell in the US at all, only in the UK. And I only listed once in the US as a trial and closed it the same day. I never thought it could be a problem. Now my store is closed all over America and Europe and I am looking for a solution.
