The 'problem' started when I dared correct your misunderstanding. You're now admitting you could always have two accounts, claim to know people who have two account yet stated in post #7...

You've gone round and round in circles with made up tales and waffle when you could simply have said "It seems you can, thanks for the info and link to confirm" :)

accounts means real lasting accounts , it was always possible to open accounts that get taken down , even now it is possible like with EU sellers who get taken down when they approach 7K-8K turnover unless they are ready to provide various info , apply for VAT etc.

obviously the TO was not talking about short term selling but about this old account taken down by amazon most likely because of linkage to his even older suspended account

Me correcting your error has nothing to do with OP. I know why OP got a 'section 3', I was first to explain why in post #4 after you had said it was due to converting to an LLC and 'selling activity' and asking what category they sold in. It wasn't.

If you knew what a 'section 3' was during verification you'd had known why, but at least you now agree with me that you can have two accounts and OP was suspended as they were linked to their suspended account. :)

it is not a tale and you have been spreading dangerous information here about having multiple accounts on amazon , someone without experience may just think they can go and open multiple accounts in their details on amazon and sell this this way

same thing applies to your drop shipping from china fairytales

this happens when you have little experience and repeat what is written in amazon and ebay terms while I write about how it actually works in the practice

You've got another account, you told us so.

I've already said it but I'll say it again. The two have been linked, the new one cannot be recovered as long as the original one remains suspended. In reality it is dead - time to start again.

Masterman, were you confident during the interview?
How old was the account?
Can you remove the inventory from the FBA?

If I were you, I'd make an amazon ghost account right now and or buy one from the forum's marketplace from the seller: Beautiful

This way you have 2 accounts.

As per the suspended account unfortunately it's been happening a lot recently and I'm not sure you can get it back. BUT, I'd keep calling them to try to get the account back.

You can also consult this guy Josh in the forum marketplace as well and see if he can help with the suspended account.
