I was selling very well with my professional amazon seller account, after I changed it for Amazon Business (LLC company) 3-5 days was deactivated, they sent me a message to take an interview and to send ID, Business Bank Account and Proof of organization of the company, I uploaded all documents and took the interview, the Amazon Associate did not allow me to explain the questions properly and always stopped suddenly, after 1 hour I received a message that my account will remains deactivated and stating this message: We believe or our controls identify that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement".
This is my real account, the only one, I have not done anything what they accuse me, for sure I am saying the true, I sent invoices, contact supplier of my product, which it was approved by Amazon Specialists before, and they don't want to reactivate my account, I don't know why they act that way, what else to do, please help...

In this case the following could have happened, after you changed your company to LLC, Amazon's argorism created an orange flag in your account (perhaps a failure) and for this reason it was reviewed by a human, perhaps this human did not like you I liked him and placed a total restriction on his account.
I think you could send an email to Amazon explaining that you feel very confused by the criminal profile that the advisor gave you.
You must make a good explanation of the case, they must review the Chat Recording between you and Amazon--
I think that with this you will have a 50% chance of recovering it.

Oh no,m the dreaded deceptive email suspension.
I'd keep calling them if I were you and try to get this reinstated.
Your items are all good and you never did anything to jeopardize the account right?

---------------------
IS this LLC company just created ?? | the guy wrote several years ago he had been indefinitely suspended by amazon so it is likely that now after transition to LLC amazon identified him and most likely during the interview too as he was already known to them
technically you are only allowed to have one account on amazon so if you had one before it is already a reason to deactivate a second one later even if the first had not been suspended

When I opened a second account about 8 years ago you needed permission, now you can just open a second without asking subject to meeting their second account conditions.

Amazon even give you the facility to open a second account and to switch between them via separate seller central accounts. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/cus...JHDP5AF9RB7R4R
I should know, I have two and can log into them separately.

I state clearly that I have only one account, my account is very old, and my account was selling well as a professional account, the issue started when I changed it to a Business account... Yes, my LLC is new and legally constituted. I was selling in the Personal and Health Category... my product was approved by Amazon too... I think what yobar says here, that interviewer did not like me, but that cannot be a reason for them want to deactivate my account, they must follow only the reality, not what they want or what they think...I would like to find a Supervisor, I also have requested a supervisor reviews the interview video call, and they don't want to do nothing...

I've already told you above that you no longer need to seek permission for a second account as long as it does not break certain conditions.
But as least you have finally acknowledged you can have two accounts.
Do you actually sell on Amazon, if you do simply ask them for yourself, this is the reply you will get: Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that your concern regarding multiple selling accounts.
Please be informed that Amazon is no longer requiring sellers obtain approval for multiple selling accounts. However, Amazon recommends that you only open a second selling account if you have a legitimate business need and all of your current accounts are in good standing.
Amazon cannot make this determination for a seller, but examples of a legitimate business need are:
Owning multiple brands and maintaining separate businesses for each
Example: Parent company has multiple brands and want to have separate storefront names for each
Manufacturing products for two distinct and separate companies
You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
However If you wish, you can inform our seller performance team at below email address. Email-seller-performance@amazon.co.uk
There's a tutorial video on this link, the lady actual says it for you. https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/l...=change_domain |

A 'section 3' infringement is pretty much impossible to overturn.

There's a tutorial video on this link, the lady actual says it for you. https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/l...=change_domain | I did not open identical accounts but still would not risk it on amazon , even if they changed the rules and do not require explicit permission all identical accounts would still be at risk due to possibility of circumvention of various policies unless they are completely separate businesses
that is why the "legitimate business need" is still an issue
obviously the OP got taken down this way when their switch to corporation led to discovery of their other suspended account(s)

Here's the bottom line. You were wrong, you keep defending your error and indeed, I do not even think you sell on Amazon (or anywhere else actually) and simply patrol this form throwing out bogus advice.
It's okay to be wrong, if you admit it to yourself you wont make the same mistakes again. Good life lesson. |

Maybe they have lowered the criteria for hiring customer service a lot, and these guys don't solve anything about our problems.

It's okay to be wrong, if you admit it to yourself you wont make the same mistakes again. Good life lesson. | what exactly is the problem? you could open additional accounts in the past as well , the only question was what was going to happen to them later , amazon did not always have strict verification on new accounts but it was possible to start out quickly even with identical details and even with permission they were still closing additional accounts if they were considered to be violating policies like circumvention of performance rules by spreading out same type of items among multiple accounts
same items on different accounts belonging to the same person were and remain a problem

same items on different accounts belonging to the same person were and remain a problem | The 'problem' started when I dared correct your misunderstanding. You're now admitting you could always have two accounts, claim to know people who have two account yet stated in post #7...
