Default Is my FBA account at risk of being linked to buying accounts?

I have had several buying accounts closed by amazon with my info on it.

These buying accounts had my name, address, credit card and even tax exempt info.

The accounts got closed for reasons like gift card use and policy violations (shipping to too many different addresses and dropshipping).

I'm wondering if my FBA account is at risk of a suspension due to being linked to these buying accounts or does amazon treat selling completely differently and it should be fine?

You could get lucky, but most of the time they'll link everything and ban everything.

So you were dropshipping without a real inventory of your own right?

Yes, drop shipping from amazon to different platforms.

The accounts don't share the same email as the seller accounts and were never used to dropship back to amazon or anything like that. Just that a decent amount of accounts exist that have my data on them which were blocked for various reasons in the past.

Eventhough they don't share the same e-mail, only time will tell if a link is strong to bring down the FBA account...best of luck

Amazon doesn't directly link accounts when that happens. you can send your products without problem.
The ideal in these cases is to have several Amazon accounts to send products to your buyers.

Thats what OP had,he had several buying accounts, they all get banned.
What AMZN could do is to to charge a small fee for sending an item as a GIFT to your Friend.

I have never heard of a separate seller account getting taken down because of a buyer infraction.

That said, if a link could be made, what's not to say they will change their policy tomorrow?

They do that more often than not actually.

It is most likely that they will modify these policies in the near future.
