Did you ask AMZN?
You do not have to communicate with your buyer ,if they have paid for the order, they expect you to ship.
so why arent you shipping?
Yes,unless you have sold items which AMZN considers illegal, unfit, damaging to AMZN and/or its shoppers.
AMZN,Ebay do not want you to communicate with your buyers ,you could be dealing with them off site.
If you believe you have done nothing wrong, then ship and expect AMZN to release the fund, you said shoppers are now filing A-Z claims ,it makes you look bad,if you are back selling, they will stay on your record

I manage risks very well,I have been on AMZN since 19xx/ when Best buy was selling on AMZN and then realised it is helping AMZN ,not BBY
The buyers have paid her,as far as they are concerned, they should received what they ordered, the fact that AMZN held her fund is not their concern, thats why they are filing A-Z claims.
One could also ask why is she wasting her time listing her items for sale on AMZN,knowing her account would be deactivated, flipping burger could get you $20.hour in CA come April..
