Default Withdraw with Payoneer

Hey,

is Payoneer still working to withdraw money from an Amazon Seller Account?

Is it also possible to change the Name on the withdrawing to get it on Payoneer?

Thanks!

Yes Payoneer works well for Amazon US / UK / EU

Mismatching names does not appear to be an issue as of today.

Yes for charge cards they do not work.

For disbursements/withdraw they work well

I heard they kick back mismatched deposits after the second or third disbursement. Did I get it wrong or has something changed.

In my experience the Amazon withdrawal name must match the Payoneer account name, Amazon does not care but Payoneer does, they will not accept the deposit and will notify you by email to explain that names must match to receive the $, had this problem last year.

Mismatching names is not an issue at the moment for payoneer

Was it an issue before, and not anymore?

For example on Nov 10th 2014: This is the email i got when a transfer came from amazon with a mismatched name (one of my first accounts):

3. Please explain your affiliation to [FIRST NAME / LAST NAME (removed)]

Notice request #3, this was the name that was on the Amazon account bank infromation, Payoneer had a different name on the account which is probably why it raised a flag (mismatched name).

So obviously i came up with some excuse why there was a mismatch, and corrected it to the correct one.

Heres another one i received on another account (last year):

This makes me believe mismatched names on payoneer are a no, no... so never mismatched since, don't know if it makes a difference but all of this was for amazon.com and payoneer.com.... thoughts?

That is because you added a different name to the bank holders name on Amazon.

If the stealth amazon name is John Smith. The bank holders name you input on Amazon needs to be John Smith.

If you put a different name in that box, they will ask you for your relationship to this different name and or proof to prove it.

Isn't that what a mismatched name means?

When most people mention mismatching names work fine, they are referring to the bank accepting the withdraw from a PayPal/Amazon with a mismatching name

If your real name is Andrew Blue, and your Amazon Stealth name is John Smith. The Amazon bank holder name, would be John Smith. Most banks will allow mismatching names for withdraw/disbursement

This isn't "because you added a different name to the bank holders name on Amazon", common sense would tell me that it's because the bank holder's name on the Amazon didn't match Payoneer. So once the withdrawal was received by Payoneer, they took issue with it.

What you have stated above makes no sense at all. The name of the withdrawal must match with Payoneer. Whether or not the name you withdraw with on Amazon matches with the Amazon account itself is clearly irrelevant to Payoneer; how would they even know this is the case?

But that isn't what he was asking; he was asking if Payoneer specifically would be fine with this. And as the email in his post states, they do take issue with withdrawals made in names which don't match that of the account holder.

Unless you open your Amazon account in the same name as your Payoneer account, or change the name under which Amazon sends withdrawals, Payoneer will clearly not work.

Yea thats what i meant, amazon had for example john smith in the bank details and payoneer was registered on john doe, payoneer saw the transfer for john smith but was expecting it to match the name on the payoneer account which was john doe and not john smith, and requires the names to match.

Payoneer can not see the name that was used to register the amazon account, they can only see who the deposit is for, the bank account holder name (that is on amazon), and want it to match the name on the payoneer account, which makes me believe that they do not like mismatched names.

Incorrect.

Payoneer works fine for mismatching names on disbursements from Amazon.

And yet you won't provide any evidence other than writing "incorrect"... despite another member actually posting his experience. So I'm inclined to believe that it doesn't work unless you take steps to ensure that it does.

I know many people that do mismatching names with payoneer without issue

Maybe 1 out of 10 accounts experience issues with mismatching names, not sure, but the majority of people don't seem to have issues with it

Payoneer is not the reason, unless you re-used an account # you previously used.

Keep in mind your Amazon Stealth name, must be the bank holders name you provide amazon. Mismatching names is fine for withdrawing to Payoneer as of today.
