I'm new in town.....
I am in the process of opening a new Amazon account
1- Iwill Formats the computer, and install a new Windows 7 on it, with license.
2-installing new VPN from 24vc .

I have a few questions
At the opening of the account, I can put fresh credit card number with proper /live account, but with a name with which I opened my account?

also I spoke with Payoneer, to give me a new account number, I have an existing account..

but also when i will linkd my amazon acc to payoneer,i can put the new account at payoneer with the name i open AMZ account?

And other suggestions if you have how to avoid the closure of the account?

The credit card name / billing should be the stealth name / stealth billing on your amazon account.

Same with the bank holders name. That should be your stealth amazon name. Mismatching names is typically fine for withdrawing.
