Amazon on virtual machines

I never had a az account on a virtual machine. Being how I want to start traveling for long periods of time. Carrying 4-5 laptops seems crazy. As for a virtual machine, how many can I run on one laptop. What kind of ram, processsor etc would I need. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

If you plan on operating multiple virtual machines, say less than 10 shops, get yourself a SSD drive.

i5+ and SSD with good ram and you'll be cruising

If you're going to be using more shops, get a larger SSD drive, i7, max ram etc

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

Also, having 20 shops on a VMWare isn't insane or nuts.....running all 20 at the same time might. I run all my ebay, and other selling platforms on VMWare....but I only really have 1-3 VMWares open at any given time.

Also, I run OS's that are not going to need a lot of resources. This may drive some people nuts but Windows XP will do the job. Some say, but what about security? wtf...I'm not going onto Porn sites, or trying to do some weird ****.....I don't run any Antivirus, not had a problem.

Just experienced a problem with my VPN provider. They stopped the service because they said I had a virus. So I checked and indeed one of my VM's got infected.

Be careful when running Win XP without antivirus. I have accessed, gmail, ebay, etsy and amz only. And 2 of my win XP VMs had a virus. The host machine and the other guests weren't infected. Win 7 and win vista no problems.

:focus:

On a decent laptop 10 VMs are absolutely no problem, especially if you acces the one after another. :thumb:

Thank you for the tip. Which type of business account is it with boa? I saw a couple different types. Does each savings or checking account come with a CC also?

That won't go well if you don't know what you're doing, you're easily vulnerable to linkage.

Wow! that must be a lot of hard drive space taken up. I read on here, each VM is about 10gb each. So you have 5 terabytes? wow!

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

They shouldn't be that big, you can custom make them to have the minimum requirements

Also depends on the operating system you're using, some significantly smaller than others

I prefer linux as well for the speed/small size but gotta realize your fingerprint is pretty unique using linux, just keep that in mind if you plan on having many stores

I use a macbook pro with VmWare, and have a SSD for my live accounts I am in and out of on a regular basis, and just an 8 TB external for keeping all of my historical, accounts in process on etc. Your really never going to have more than 1 account open at any time, and if you gives 2-4 cores, and 4 gb of ram to Windows 10 it runs great.

As Beautiful mentioned - be aware if you'll need a lot of accounts with using just Linux.

It's an OS used mostly by 'hacker-friendly' people and tech enthusiasts.
Windows/Mac are however more general public.

So I'd rather mix it up with Windows in some ratio, like 6 windows machines, 1 linux. Or etc. ;)

So far as I know Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) is the Amazon Web Service you use to create and run virtual machines in the cloud with at least 7 virtual machine

Wow having 50 AMZ account on VMWare that's hustling!! I am learning so much guys. I am new here.

Lots of discussion MultiLogin VS VMWare but from what I am reading VMWare is a safe bet. You must be using Proxys or VPN for each VMware Account?

I have a friend that runs 8 AMZ accounts with aws ec2 with no vpn or any other Toll. Anybody else tried that too?

I know people recommend Windows XP for VMware but what about trying to do bulk shipping on Amazon? When I try to do bulk shipping to print all my labels at the same time, it never loads. I'm assuming the issue is with the browser which is firefox but I can't update to the latest versions of any browser because it's running on an old operating system.

Used to work at a bank some people have hundreds of accounts. You can just open them online, they don’t give a ****. Some people make an account for literally every thing that they’re saving for, one account for every child, every grandchild. It’s not illegal. Or even suspicious. Nobody cares about that ****. The only thing the bank cares about is if your cash/checks are real or ⊗⊗⊗⊗, if your account is negative, or if you’re depositing 10k+ in cash at once. Other then that, do what you want

Thanks for the clarification. And what if 10K+ regularly coming through wire transfer?

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

I am really learning a lot from the forum, but I still don't understand the whole process of multiple amazon seller account, especially with those having 50 accounts. Sure enough using VM/VB to create separate working environment for each account is the easy part. I understand 1 VPN per VM, but I still have the following question in mind:

1. Do we still need to change MAC address of the Virtual machine as being mentioned in the Amazon Ghost book? Do we need to change anything in the host machine?

2. How or where do you get the names and addresses to avoid being linked?

3. If you live in the UK, how to get those bank accounts or Credit Cards, because I remember banks here will ask for your passport or at least an ID.

I hope some experts out there will help to enlighten these questions. Thanks a lot guys

Beautiful 08-01-2019 11:35 AM

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

1. MAC changes automatically for every virtual machine you make, but MAC doesn't matter, they cannot see it.

2. Pick them from the sky, any name, with a random valid address

3. You add your real bank accounts to your amazon shop. Most high street banks work and you can get multiple sub accounts per bank

fbmac 08-07-2019 04:08 AM

Re: Amazon on virtual machines

Thanks on this Beautiful, just need to confirm some points

2. Pick them from the sky, any name, with a random valid address
- Would this not become a problem when they ask for ID?
- Can we use the same information later on to register for a sole proprietorship account?

3. You add your real bank accounts to your amazon shop. Most high street banks work and you can get multiple sub accounts per bank
- Creating sub-account will still use the name of the main account? If this happen, wouldn't it be possible to have an issue with linking?

Again, thank you very much.
