Are hotspots still a viable tool for amazon accounts?

Wanting to run 10 accounts on VMware and just turn on/off the hotspot to get new ip. Is this still a working method?

Yes they work just fine

The speed/reliability depends on your location and the provider, most provide a map of 3G/4G availability

If you're running 10 shops its much easier to use just 1 hotspot and 10 VPNs, either 24vc or IPBurger are 2 most popular providers

Well I wanted to save by paying only a monthly fee of $40-50. If I had to get 10 ips it would cost me a double that monthly.

Basically just keep turning on/off my hotspot for new ip when I login to the account.

Correct, you'll be saving money but you'll need to record every single IP each shop accesses to make sure you don't re-use an IP on more than 1 Amazon account.

That takes time, and not all mobile hotspot providers have large IP pools so you may be having to reset the device frequently if you get repeat IPs

You'll save a lot of time by going with VPNs for that reason. You'll also have more ISP providers than just 1 ISP for 10 accounts, if you wanted to reduce your ISP related-linking-suspension risk (which may be non existent, who knows)

Additionally you can be connected to all 10 shops at the same time with VPNs, versus having to connect to 1 shop, reset device, and connect to another shop etc

Anytime you suggest that people to use DATA CENTER IP versus RESIDENTIAL, IS GOOD ADVICE!

Should work fine, but personally I just do the same thing with my phone
