Phone Hotspots

I have 4 working phone lines with hotspot each
I use particular phones hotspot for specific accounts

My question is
Can I use whichever hotspot for any account? I ask because every time I reset the phone its a new IP address IDK if they have a way of knowing it's hotspot from the same phone ..

They can't see your phone. You only need 1 phone.

Well I got the 4 lines so I can make calls to them ..
I have been bugging them with noob questions hoping that will bring down the heat on me selling high risk items (phones)

Just so you are aware.....if you have 4 phones all with the same Wireless Company...you could potentially be sharing IP's....I hope your logging each IP before login into your accounts.

I just put it in airplane mode then I turn airplane mode off and it usually give me a new IP. No need to restart the phone
