What's the best method/service to link multiple phone lines to a cell phone?

I'm planning to create 3-5 Paypal accounts and one eBay account. I've used TollFreeForwarding before, but I'm interested on a service that will show my Vnumber when I call back if I miss a phone call from eBay or Paypal. What's the best service for this?
