How can I transfer money from US paypal to me?

I'm not in US and like the other I got a new ebay's stealth account and I got money inside my paypal. Right now, my paypal has 80% of verifying (need a vba to finish payola's verify). Now I want to got money from that paypal to me. I know I can buy some email delivery gift card and after that I can sell in my place. But it's take time and I have to sell the gift card too. I think may be another way is I can buy bitcoin, PM.. with this paypal to my bitcoin wallet and after that i can sell quickly to some onlie website for money to my local's bank. IS that possible? Is that safely to my US paypal? IF that is possible and safely, Does anyone know the site or person who accept to trade US paypal to bitcoin? Any reply will help. . Thanks

My advise it to get a friend(if you have one in USA) to open a real bank account and withdraw it that way, that's the safest way I know.

"I read your thread about helping with getting money out of paypal. I can help you you. You can send the money to my paypal and I will withdraw it for you, I will send the money to you by western union."
Can I accept that?

Right now I've just vr successfully my paypal account using vba instantly. Keep searching for safety way to transfer money to me.
