 HELP with Tax interview not working
hi guys.
i have an aged personal account.
i go to settings and click on manage to upgrade to pro.
it tells me i need to enter the tax info
so it says click tax interview
i click it.
i do the interview.
i enter info I have not previously registered with the IRS.
i have done this before on other accounts and it's ok
i check the 60 day box.
and no matter how i format the name, or what browser i use. it won't work
i have tried chrome and firefox. my firefox is locked down. so i tried chrome which is good and normal.
im in my VPN of course.
did something change?
i made sure it was 9 numbers with the dash after the first 2.
so it was
xx-xxxxxxx = 9 digits
