Amazon past come back to haunt you

Years ago I sold on amazon and made good money but was careless because then it didn't matter if I burned accts. I slways had 5 more. Now that I'm older and more mature and a legit corporation, I want to do Amazon FBA. I spent many months researching and scounting and negotiating products for import and I go to log into the virtually unused account with legit corporation to sell private label products and it's suspended for being related to another acct.

I appealed right away and they said no.
Now what to do.. when your set up for legit business with good products private label and you can't even use your company?

Is there a stealth way to do FBA and be successful.. ideas guys

Now days as something's have changed, now that I have linked my never used with amazon 3 yr old corp , it can't be used.
:( Can I just make another corporation and use it and they will not see the officer name on the corp? Just the company , address and EIN.

I believe you cannot do brand registry on stealth accounts unfortunately

really, so stealth that tax passed cannot brand reg because you have to file for trademark and provide app # and they will link by your name ? i think brand reg is the only way to keep copycats off your listings or using your logo

only thing i noticed is that an amaz stealth acct says sales to 100k, then what ? as P label tends to be high vol. im wondering if everything is in a corporate name does it need to reveal the officers.
