Competitor attempting to take me down on Amazon with neg feedback?

I believe a competitor is attempting to take me out :(

I have received 3 feedback within the past two days about receiving products not described as "new" and using the words bootleg and counterfeit in the feedback... which I'm sure Amazon bots will pick up.

I have contacted Amazon to remove the feedback without any luck, and contacted the buyers in hopes to remove the feedback but I mean if they are competitors then that's a dead end.


What do you suggest I do on this account to make sure it stays safe?

Pretty uneasy about this as I have $5k in the balance on this account waiting to be transferred to my account.

To add, I do have 58 other positive reviews with a 4.7 star rating so it is an established account with a few private label products on it.

Not much you can do other than call Amazon and see if they can find a link between those buyer accounts.

Anything similar? Similar emails, addresses, etc?
