Competitor Leaves Bad Feedback
A competitor left bad feedback for me and reported me to amazon for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, whe they are 100% LEGIT and REAL. I do not sell vero on amazon and never have. Out of the 100+ feedback that are a pain the ass to acquire in the first place he decided to leave a negative. I called him twice, he hung up both times. I emailed saying I will refund and he can keep the items if the negative is removed, and still nothing.
I have never had any issues and now I am not allowed to sell that item. It isnt the end of the world, but that particular item was easy money. What is the best way to handle this?
I was thinking to keep an eye on him and as soon as he recives a negative from someone else I will buy from him (different account) and leave a negative as well as report him. I know it sounds childish, but being the "bigger person" on amazon wont do much to teach him a lesson.
