And yes, you can sue for libel in the US. In most states, you can even sue for libel in small claims court. The trick is collecting any judgment, if you happen to win. Also, most attorneys charge an arm ad a leg for libel suits. Why you ask - because libel suits are the most difficult cases to prove.
I truly had a buyer leave negative feedback and flat out lied. I could sue and probably win. But since the pion piece of crap has no money, what's the point.
