Got a 5 yr aged account and can’t get the link to unlock Apple category

Any ideas?

This is locked down hard right now with some new agreement...might be DataVision and Amazon only for some time to come.

The lock down (exclusivity agreement between Apple and Amazon) was introduced recently.

As for the category lock, that's been stringent for a while now.
