unable to verify the information provided

Hi,

I have been selling on my new amazon account for about 2 months, they advised me that I must upgrade to business so I sent them the documents required, I sent ID and Bank statement. which I sent preivously to open the acount.

Are amazon verifying the documents we send?

Or is it because Ive sent these documents that cant be verified to open a business account?

You have to start over and get better docs. Did you add a UTR number?
