We were unable to verify information related to your seller account
One month ago, I finally decided to sell some authentic stuff on Amazon. However, before my shipment arrived at the FBA warehouse, my account is suspended. After sending email everyday, they finally got back to me and provided a reason.
"We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision is due in part because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, including information related to your selling history and listings."
I haven't sell anything yet. Just wondering which point should I address on my appeal? Does it mean they are questioning my invoice? Or want more ID information?
