I have problems with purchasing items online from stores like Walmart
Target, Rio.com and etc
They not accept cards what issued outside of USA ,
What kind of solutions have

ummm...sounds like maybe there are multiple cards w/ diff. names on them maybe? could that be the problem? wrong forum if that's the case

Try a different issuing bank card? Like payoneer perhaps
