Default Found this worth of sharing with AMZ sellers

Just stumble into this, and think it's wothy sharing with you guys.
I start blocking bad buyers on eBay 3 years ago, my business on eBay booming twice as much compare to 3 years ago.
Too bad, You cannot block bad buyers in AMAOZN, but the spirit here, still worth sharing.

"You have to decide if dealing with idiots is worth the profit you are making.

I’m on the fence right now. Between people returning things because they changed their mind and expecting me to pay the shipping for that
and Amazons “Circle of Hell” trying to fix an image on a listing so we dont continue to get returns on that particular item
I dont think the profit margin is worth the headache for me. I’m going to stick it out through the winter and see if it changes.
Winter is very slow in my shop and we make most of our money online in that time.

In my shop I fire customers once in a while. I used to be afraid to make a customer mad then I found out they just feed on
it and eventually you work your ass off for zero money to keep someone happy. Thats not why I went into business.
I starting firing customers and my profit margins went up, my sales went up and my stress went down.

Bottom line, if you are not making money off of a customer they arent a customer, they are a liability. The less liabilities you have the more money you make.

The customer is only King if you let them be. Its your business, not theirs. Its your profit margin and living, not theirs.
YOU decide how it works, not them and if they dont want to come back thats fine, you didnt want them as a customer.

Lose the desperation and you will find success. "
