Default How do some sellers have $100 MILLION worth of listings?

How does it make any sense? Small sellers. Hardly any feedback. Sometimes less than a year old account. You'll find a lot of domain names for sale like this. for $10,000,000.... We bust our asses for $50,000 limits, beg ebay for increases of a few $1000. Call me crazy, but it makes no sense to me.

From what I remember, domains and cars are not treated like other items.

Something about the business category or such.

Some of that makes sense. But lets take my category as an example. Jewerly and Watches.
He's been around for 5 years, like me. Has gotten 11 feedback this YEAR. How does someone like this, have dozens of listings worth $100,000-400,000? I can't imagine anything more high risk than some of the things he is selling.

My best guess is the seller called in and expalined his business model and what he wanted to do.

Not to sound like an ass, but Plaza 57 jewelers has a huge. real, brick and mortar store in NYC and is well respected. Im certainly not saying you are not well respected in any way, but to have an easily verified, well respected reputation that is industry specific in the nations jewelery capital has to carry some weight with eb.

Business and industry, Real estate, and Auto(excluding parts)

These three categories have no limits

So if you were to list a $20,000 car in your eBay account with say $5000 limit, the listing would go up and you would still have your $5000 limit in full for the month
