Is my AMZ account toasted ?
 

I just got this email message from AMAZON, this is my stealth account running for 5 years.

Does this mean my account is toasted ? I just went into my account, everything works and I could not find this message anywhere in my seller account. Anynoe sheds some light on this please ... .thanks a million.

The reason why I am asking this is there is no case in my AMAZON seller central, just an email sent to me.
Usually when I have this kind of AMAZON account review, I should see a case in my seller central for me to appeal. But there is none. Everything inside my seller central looks normal.
And my orders still come in asking me to ship out orders.
My listings are still live on line with buy boxes.

I mean it does not looks like my account is toasted in any way though.
Just an email asking me to send documents ? for account review ?
I see AMAZON seller forum, sellers are receiving ⊗⊗⊗⊗ emails like this, therefore I was wondering is this a real AMAZON case ?

If Amazon wrote to you you should see a nice red flag at the top of the page and a message in your performance notification, this is a scam.
