Default Error(2) with new seller account

Hi guys,

I tried to set up a stealth account this morning and I ended up to this at the last step,

Errors (2)
Your application to register as a merchant on Amazon.com has been declined.
Our review is a proprietary process, and we cannot share the reasons for failed applications, nor the criteria by which applications are evaluated.

I used simon gift account, vumber, got brand new ip, changed MAC with macshift, and apply under a new user login. I still use the same computer I previously got an account blocked with.

If you have any clues about this error, please pm me. I appreciate any tips in advance. Thank you!!

Do you create a new partition, prior to do this?

When you open the account on amazon, do you create a new partition, menaning a new account on your computer? when you say that you clean cookies, do you clean just temporary cookies or all of them?

Yes I tried it out on brand new user login.
I cleaned temp cookies, flash cookies, and deleted all temp internet files.

I did not format my windows if that's the case.

Just got the same message when I tried to open a new account. Changed, ip, mac, deleted cookies, used new user for login, used giftcard, and a valid phone number that wasn't used before. don't know what they found.

Ok, here's the break down of what I've tried,

1st attempt -- GC + Vumber + new IP --> error(2) decline.
2nd attempt -- GC + Vumber + new IP --> error(2) decline.
3rd attempt -- my real CC with suspended address + Vumber + new IP --> passed, but blocked 2hr later due to linked to suspended account.

Conclusion,

Vumber may be OK since I passed on 3rd attempt. It may be the GC I'm using.
So I later realized I shouldn't use similar names on GC, which I did on 1st and 2nd attempt. Please note the accounts from first 2 attempts are still up to use buyer functions, only the seller part that got declined. So, GC may pass the check ** for purchase only **.

GC stands for "gift card." Some gift cards do not work like ENTROPAY.

Yeah, I think they're rejecting the gift cards. I opened an account couple months ago with different credit card and was good for 18 days until they related it to a suspended account. this time couldnt get in with a gift card.

Was your IP address within the 50 mile radius of city you live in? I ask because the only one time I received an error message was because I tried to register in another IP city listing other my own which was by all means more than 50 miles away.

They accept any of the ones provided by sellers on the forum (Ha yeah I plugged you guys - gimme! =P)

That being said, other than that you might have to experiment. I don't know what would work for UK specifically =(

Default Amazon ask for more info

I have setup another account with Amazon

- Bought amazon VCC from 123
- New windows account
- New computer name
- New MAC address
- New IP address
- New Phone number
- New address

So everything is new and ready to you

Sign up an account, list about 4 item for sale and got confirm email from amazon.

Wait couple days with no sale and no email from amazon at all even I have the lowest price on the item.

Yesterday I have checked the item I have list and don't see my name on the list of seller who sale that item.

I try to log to my account but keep saying that the email/password not correct. So I request to change password 3 times, the password change successfully all three time but still won't let me log in.

I chat with Amazon and been told that my account was on hold and I should received an email from them already (but I did not). And she want the following information and the special team will contact me what in 24 hours

1. Order number (which I have not order anything yet)
2. Phone number (I provided this)
3. Bank phone number (I have not add bank to this account yet)
4. Credit card address (I provided this)
5. Credit card phone number (This one I don't have cause I bought card from dealer here). I just told her that I'm at work and don't have the CC with me.

My question is did anyone have been ask for the CC phone number before?

Question to CC dealer in here. Does these card really have a phone number attach to it? I mean the CC phone number.

Thank you
